This is Valentine & Kebartas, Inc, a Collection Agency in the Tampa, FL area. They call every day without leaving a message and the caller I.D. generally says "unknown caller."  Whatever you do, don't pick up the phone because they will threaten & harass you with screaming & profanity and tell you they will take your house and kids away if you don't pay your bill immediately. One guy said he would get me locked up and another guy threatened to come out to my house and waterboard my wife and kids if I didn't pay up.
