Called back and said they were with Bank of America,wanting to confirm if an employee still with our company, that I did not need to provide a social security number, and then asked if they could get my name..... uh no. This did not sounds at al like a valid employye verification check.
got a call from someone obviously reading from a script, about "your recent inquiry" I have no recent inquiry, what are you calling from what depart, we have to verify who you are first and need to ask security questions.. WHAT BS! I hung up and called BOA security they are idiots, no one know what the hell is going on over there and I called them they could not confirm they called.
