It is a good idea to report this to the Federal Do Not Call Registry. If you haven't already registered, it's easy to do. It does not guarantee that you will not get calls. Only dishonest people will call you and then after you've been registered after 31 days, you can report them at the same website. Complaining here does nothing. Once again a spoofed robocall from a girl who say's hello and that she had to adjust her headphone because she could not hear you. This is happening at least once a week on my cell number but they always call using a different telephone number.

Received this call 2/9/17 & applied my simple equation:
Unknown caller "+" no msg left "=" SCAM
If u respond to these "phishing" calls u'll be "hooked" for more calls that are likely funding terrorism!!!
