Who called from 8134021621

I've received several calls from this number....caller ID shows unknown name....I do not pick up this type of call...no message ever left on my voice mail

- 8:05pm - Telling me to vote for some Buffoon who has less intelligence than the toads they work for....

I really get tired of this crap,
do they honestly think calling me after a hard days work will make me want to vote for them?

Call came in at 6:38pm on July 2, 2015.
Rang 2 times, I picked up and dead air.

blocked, called me twice today and months ago with no message left.

Called me last evening. No voice mail. Scam..scam, scam.
