Who called from 8134134006

Will not stop calling when asked not to call rude on the phone and are scamming for money

called said they had a returned check from my bank on a payday loan.
My state does dnot have payday loans anymore and when it did I had a few about 12 years ago that were all paid.
I told them they were a scam ,hung up nad they called me right back from a different area code.
