Who called from 8134186229

Got a call.  Could not terminate, even when I hung up they kept the line open for 30 seconds or so.  Did not respond to automatic number do not call #9.

Returning call to there number yeilds a robo voice saying "Good Bye!" in a snarky female voice and then it hangs up.

Nobody spoke
