Got a call on my home phone then my cell phone from (813) 418-6406. Considering I only recently got this number and my cell is fairly new, I don't know why I would be receiving these calls. I don't ever answer "Unknown Number/Name" calls. I blocked & called back. It's a supposed collection agency calling from a cell phone- (Harold E. Scheer) with a C rating from the BBB. If they are legit, the "law firm's" name would show up for caller id.
