I asked Silvia to call me back because it's illegal to drive in CT and be on the phone without a headset, her response was "it's illegal to drive in most states without a headset, so whatever b*tch" and she hung up the phone on me. tried to call back, no answer.
Called, or, rather, tried to call again today. They couldn't get through, and the phone didn't even ring because they've been blocked. Hoorah for modern technology.
