Who called from 8134402873

Calls 3-4 times a week, caller id lists as unknown, no message left, no one picks up if I answer.

Caller told me couldnt take me off the caller list if they couldnt identify me. I responded with . they didnt need my name to take the number off of their call list...aggrevating

This number calls me like 7 times a day. I never answered till today and then the lady refused to tell me who she was or why she was calling unless I  identified myself. What BS?!  Let's just say number has been blocked.
