Got a message on my phone for an old roomate of mine that I haven't lived with in over 5 years, and who never gave out my number.  Seems like a scam.  This appears to be related to the calls I have recieved from 704-274-1361.

The caller stated:
"This message is intended for [name redacted].  My name is Cathy Thomas from the Fraud and Worthless Check Division at the office of (Royth) and associates.  I have two legal allegations being filed against you out of [location redacted].  I need to obtain a verbal statement from either you or your legal representive.  My direct line is 813-444-4311. The case number is [redacted].  I need to explain to you the seriousness of this situation, advise you of your rights, and where it is going to be taking place.

[Repetition of name and contact info]

If I do not hear back from you or your attorney, then there is nothing further I can do to assist you with this matter."
