Who called from 8134445595

Same as above, no one there.  I called back & got a recorded msg, call back from the number they called.

Man claiming to be raising money for the Florida Sheriffs Department. Told him not interested and hung up.

Message was male voice 'Hello (name of town in which
I live).'. Said it as a long lost friend you didn't want to find
Might have said it.

Got a call from the number at 8:49 pm on 7/16 and there was no message left. When I called the number back there was a recorded message that said to "better serve you please call back from the number that they called."

Received a call from this number 10:33 on 7/20/13.  I could hear a child crying in the background.  Caller said his name was Shaun or Sean, and he was raising money for the Florida State Troopers.  I told him to go $%#@ himself and I called the Tampa Investigative Branch of the Florida Highway Patrol to report this.  Their number is 813-558-1819.
