Again they call i told them ok take me to court see ya there then they said we will contact your job i said that fine i dont care i hope some one catches that [***] an throws his [***] in jail i am contacting the polce so i can keep it on file aswell as the FCC an FBI that is the best thing to do folk don't give up try an catch them
I have recieved phone calls in the past, about threats about legal matters. THEY have the same acents as before a middle eastern. i cant believe these people can not be busted. It is a scam and is very annoying. i wish someone can please stop these people.
Over the past few days, I have receive numerous phone calls from two men: Paul Jackson and John Marshall both with heavy Indian accents. "Paul" said he was from the National Crime something unit. and "John" said he was from National Crime Bureau. These people are scam artist and I have notified the FBI!! They are getting our personal information from the internet. I applied for a payday loan when I was short of money and these people some how hacked into the system and retrieved my information. I can not believe our government continuous to allow this to happen!! People beware, do not give your personal information via the telephone or internet. It will come back to haunt you!!!!
I just recieved the same phone call. They asked for me and i told them that I no longered worked there. They said can I speak to her manager. I said she has no manager because she did not work there. ( Obviously I do because I was the one that answered) so he was like ok yea well can you give her PAST manager my phone number and i was like sure whatever. I did apply to a payday loan company but I never received the loan. LOL So yea they are a piece of work. I mean when I google the number and this is the first website that pops up it makes me have some relief that I am not the only one. I had applied for payday loans last Tuesday which was the 7th. Before that it was like the begining of march. Never had these calls until the end of last week. My actual loan that I did receive I have a name for and it is directly debited from my account. So I guess Im going to put an other complant in to the FTC.
This "company" has called numerous times. The caller had a very heavy accent and when I denied owing any company money, he transferred me to his boss who chose to argue this with me. He told me they would inform my employer and I would be served within 4 days for the municipal "county" court of Missouri. Told the guy Missouri wasn't a county, had reverse searched their phone number and saw that they were a scam. I formally requested that they not call me at work again and told him if they did that I would contact the Sheriff's office. He told me they would be contacting the sheriff, too, and I hung up laughing because I knew they were busted.
