While I did receive (and miss) a call ostensibly from this number, when I returned the call, it was a real person who had not used their cell phone (which this number is attached to) in several hours. Therefore, it must have been some sort of scammer or someone else that is illicit spoofing the caller-id so as to not be able to be reached if you miss the call and it only shows on your caller history.
