This number called again today for the 5th time. This time I answered. He said my name almost in a shout... very unprofessional. He had a foreign accent and sounded like he was in a call center. He said "National" something or other that I didn't understand. I kindly asked right off the bat to be removed from the list, to which he replied "NO." I said, "It's not a question, I am asking you to remove me from your list, please." and he said "No, I will not." followed by more dialogue I couldn't undertstand. I will be reporting this number for sure.
They refuse to identify themselves. It's usually a foreign man asking for someone in my household and when I tell them he or she is not there, they hang up on you. They don't take messages or divulge any information. Next time they call I will tell them it's the person they are looking for and post here again once I find out who it is.
Someone called and asked for me , but hung up after verifying my name. It scared me. Called back immediately; however, it was disconnected. Which scared me more. Who is it? Should I worry?
