Nancy
Received a call from Investigator William Levelle saying he was following up on a case and gave the case #.
I found that he has apparently been calling other people and most likely not legit.

Frustrated
Same kind of situation as others receiving harassing phone calls, he also tries to use different numbers, all of which I've blocked. The funniest thing is he called a while back about a relative's defaulted loan that I have no legal ties to whatsoever. Apparently he tries to send text messages as well but they don't come through because the number is blocked. He also apparently attempted to send one around 3am EST, this guy is nuts! There must be some sort legal recourse for his behaviors, am looking into this.

Amuzed
I represent an institution that has hired William in the past and still does. Calls are recorded so we listen to them often. William is not a debt collector and does not use scare tactics of any kind. No payments are ever accepted by him or his company. There are several of us that have heard the calls and what we have found is that when people are irresponsible or dishonest they usually get the most upset. We hire his company to recover property that people are hiding. Hiding bank property or hindering a creditor is no laughing matter. We have legal contracts with his company. Get the facts straight people, and take care of your business.
