Called and said that we had comitted fraud and stolen check charges. Threatened to throw me into a trunk and my wife would be sleeping alone! Said they would be sending paperwork for my arrest. Calling me constantly, at least once a day and even calling my son and his in-laws and making threats to them! THIS MUST STOP!
I have been getting calls from this number which I don't answer as I never answer 800 numbers. Left me several voice mails claiming a fraud case charged by my state. I finally called back and the girl answering said I was being charged with fraud. When I asked for what she claimed she couldn't open the afidavit and said I would have to speak to a claims person and transferred me. All I got was a voice mailbox telling me to leave my name and #. I just hung up. Sounds as if there are others getting these calls as well.
Just got a call from this number lady said her name was Torrence and that I was going to be arrested, she could not tell me what company, and that she could not open my affidavit, I told her that I would get in touch with my lawyer and have them call her she got upset...beware!!! Scam!!
