This is the old "Lower your credit card rate" scam.  Now they are calling my cell phone.  They have called from several other numbers and area codes and now are calling from this new number.  I guess their reputation (on this site and others like it) becomes well known and they have to abandon their old (tainted) number to get a fresh new one with no complaints.

Well, I guess I'm the first to report this new number.  Hope this alert helps others to avoid this scam.
