Since I do know people in Seffner, FL, I did pick up.  Very polite gentlemen, speaking perfect English.  Said they were calling about an opportunity to reduce my electric bill.  Some type of energy efficiency telemarketing.  I asked to be removed from their call lists.  He was very polite and immediately responded, that yes they would and thanked me.
