855-788-1545 caller named Carolina Valazquez from Tallahassee, Florida Superior Court stated that she is suing me. She said my phone number is connected to a fraud case. If I want to make arrangements, call 813-506-8374. Such a generic attempt to scam others into giving sensitive info and payments. Be careful because those who are older have trouble identifying these scams.
got a voicemail message from Martha Nunez stating she was an attorney trying to collect a debt of $1,****** for a demand of a Product - which I have no idea who they are, is a magic jack phone call her back and she was very rude because I kept on asking her what kind of company is this, she got upset and said I called you to Hi.....beware sound like a scam....
Hi, we also got a call from that Martha Nunez from the same phone number (813) 506 8374.
She insisted we bought products from her for a long time.
We repeatedly said no - now she left us a message saying she could sue us for $$$$ if we didn't comply with her demands.
This sounds like a big scam! This woman should be arrested before she continues her harm.
Yes my mom received a call yesterday also she left a voicemail in my moms phone she told her she own $$$$ and my mom got worry so she come to me and I google this phone # it is a magic jack, this lady martha nuñez is scamming innocent people. I found all these complains for this number. This lady needs to be stop.
somebody call me from this number813-506-7483 and told me I have 24 hrs. to go to the court because telephone company sue me ,cozy I have didn't pay my membership for home phone and cell ..the name called me is Caroline and she said am calling you from Tallahassee court ,if you want to negotiate please call to pay $3900... really ? I call to my lower ,she try call but nobody answer..(they try intimidate me ,because am Latino...they said I will going to be in trouble with my residence status in usa....the police need find this people because they used Tallahassee court name to do that. I have mgs from the Carolina in Spanish.
