Who called from 8135087915

Sent a text message to my unpublished number.  Called and it doesn't ring.

Do not recognize the number....

Between yesterday and today, my husband and I (on 2 separate phones) have received 6 texts - all of them "the same but different."

I googled smiONE - it's a prepaid phone card company.  Neither one of us has EVER had a prepaid card from smiONE.  (I actually had never heard of them until this.)  Very strange to me that BOTH our phones were contacted the same day.... and very irritating.  We both are on DO NOT CALL list.
