This same place of business has called our office in Kansas City, MO as well under the number 813-514-1481. They ask for our maintenance director. This last time a female called, and before I put her on hold, I asked for the company name...She stated "Commercial". After I attempted to locate our director, I went back to her and I could hear her say to another person, "I'm gonna hang up on her." And she did. I read about this "Commerical" business on other posts on this site...They are apparently a horrible fake marketing/scam type business filled with extremely rude associates (I thankfully haven't experienced that yet) I will from this point forward ignore all calls from this number...PLEASE DO THE SAME! :-)
VERY Rude. Wanted to talk to my "shop manager" - there is no such title here. Made mistake of pissing off Company VP who'd happen to have picked up phone.
Called my office and asked for "maintenance professional". We don't have that position...so I told him that and he said he wanted to send a catalogue to "buy lightbulbs and stuff like that." I said we already had a company that we buy from. He said "Well I'm not selling anything." I said "OK, but we really don't need your catalogue because we already have a specific company that we buy from." He asked if I was the owner. I said no. He then said, and I quote, "Well I'll just call back when they get rid of you." !!!???I'd like him to call back, ya know???
We get 4-5 calls a day from this company we can not give out contact information and we let them know this and they will either hang up or get rude. When asked what company they are they hang up. Is there away to get rid of this company calling?
Charlie from "Commercial" somehow got the name of my boss. He called and asked to speak to him. When I asked what the call was in reference to he asked if I was my boss, when I said no, he then said, well i didn't call to talk to you I called to talk to your boss. What a jack [***]. So, I put him on hold for a minute and came back to the line and stated that my boss would like to know what the call was in referee to. he then said, well, i would have told him if he had picked up the phone rather than hide behind his receptionist. Needless to say, I hung up on him.
