Who called from 8135170940

This is a debt collector called Dynamic Recovery Solutions.  They've called me several times looking for someone who previously had my number.  They keep calling even though I've asked to be taken off their list.  They leave the number 877-821-1657 even though Caller ID shows 813-517-0940.

They call about 1x a week for another Julie.  I have explained that I am not the same Julie.  They don't seem to care.

If you are actually getting a live person (give or take being Human) try to get as much information as you can. Names. Address'. Phone numbers. Keep them on the line & get what you can.
