I received a phone call at work, two to three times a week from Nick Andrews, or Bobby. The number is 813-527-3623 they say that there is claim against my ss# and that I need to pay ASAP or there will be go to court and maybe arrested. I have no knowledge of who ACS Law Firm and where they are located until I google the number.
A man calling saying that someone has filled a claim against my ss # and his name is Kevin Brooks and he uses the name Jack Brown as well this is the last number I got it usually is 000-000-000 but they keep changing their name and saying I need to call asap or I will be arrested.
I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER 813-527-3623 SAYING THERE A CLAIM AGNST MY SS# AND THEY ARE FROM ACS THAT I OWN MONEY FOR A CASH PAY DAY LOAN. I TOLD THEM TO LET THAT PERSON CALL ME AND I PUT HE PHONE DOWN. THEY CALL RIGHT BACK AND PUT THEIR SURVICE ON THE PHONE ,I TOLD HIM GIVE ME THEIR PHONE NUMBER AND I WILL CALL THEM. HE GAVE ME 516-204-4232, HE ALSO SAID HE IN FLORIDA AND THEY HAVE A OFFICE HERE.
