These types of cards are ALWAYS scams to get you to buy and overpriced water purification system. Simply toss them in the recycle bin and don't call any number. Die, scammers, die!
Moved into a new house and received 3 post cards in my mail saying they have a gift for me. I called this number and a lady picked up the phone. In order to receive a $50 gift card, I need to make an appointment for a water test (she claimed herself from Tristar) which is at no cost.
Worry and doubtful, I canceled the appointment.
According to http://www.floridapsc.com/Files/PDF/utilities ... ct_Yourself.pdf
"UTILITIES do not call or visit their customers to solicit home energy surveys or audits, unless a CUSTOMER REQUESTS an AUDIT and prearranges a time."
