I been getting calls to my cell from +1-813-545-5574... I called from a blocked phone line... It rang... had Rap MUSIC Blasting...........then some guy with a foreign accent answered...... I said " hello" he responded yes........... can I help you... then he asked who's this? then I asked firmly who's THIS! the music was still playing and then He hung up. I already reported this # to the FTC, and FCC also local police and emailed my states atty general. Be ware this is not legit... take care all...
