8136005387 is a company known as Vonage Holdings. They have called me before, a live person, and I've told them previously to cease calling...but as usual this request is ignored. I have filed several complaints with the DO NOT CALL registry but Vonage, et al, continues calling. Noteworthy every time they call the sales pitch always starts with "I'm not trying to sell you anything...," but then they go into my gas and/or energy costs and how they can "save me money."
