I got a call too, CID just said Tampa, Fl.  I never answer those.

I got a call from 813-614-9074.  I picked it up on the second ring.  As is often the case for me, I was immediately cut off.  It sounded like an electronic hang-up, not someone physically hanging up.  I do not understand why solicitors (or whomever) do this.  What is the point of making the call in the first place?  This happens a lot.

Called my cellular 2 days in a row, didn't answer, no message.  On call block now.
