This number calls once or twice a week. Prior to being placed on my blocked list they never left a voice mail. I will not answer a call if I don't know the number. I now have them on my block list so the call is quickly hung up on after one ring, however they keep calling back repeatedly within 2 seconds of being hung up on, and they repeat this process 10 times. This number is not registered to any known company but it is a number from a carrier known as: Hook Mobile (Sybase)
