What good does it do to answer a call to try to resolve an issue when you only get an answering machine or answering service in return and then they continue to harrass by calling with the same calls?
They call and call leaving messages "Hi, this is so and so. Please call me back regarding an important business affair." I called back and it is Focus Receivables Management - a collection company. They want money that I feel I don't owe. I am disputing this bill with my health care company but this number continues calling.

Got a call from this number informing me i owe qwest unpaid bills. I asked them how they got my cell phone number and the guy told me Qwest provided it to them. First of all i never provided my CP number to qwest other than my home phone number so i know right away it's a scam call. Second, my qwest bills are paid automatically from my account so i don't owe anything.
I get called everyday from this number = Chris Smith regarding an important business matter. I have never given my cell phone number out to anyone but friends. Usually no message is left and comes up unavailable but the last two days this number has shown up.
