Just a reminder call

Received a call from tampa electric and i was asked for my SSN .

Tampa Electric calling about a street light that is out in the neighborhood - recorded mess said somebody was scheduled to fix it.

Tampa Electric automated recording -- power had been out in my area for some time and this call was to verify that they had or had not fixed it.

Call at 4.37 a.m. Wed.03/23/16 .... I D   saying TAMPA ELECTRIC 813-630-7499. Answered on third ring  with hello several times.... no answer, only breathing & hang up.  My electric had not been out; so why the disturbance  with out a courtesy remark????
