Who called from 8136443848

They're telling me they're a technical department and that I need to be in front of my computer and that they will check my computer because they keep getting error messages from my computer.

Definitely a scam.  Run by india - offering tech services.  They hack via remote access terminal. Check credit charges & contest as necessary.  Microsoft wants to know all about scams
