I received a phonecall at 4:15pm est. I heard a man say "Hello" and then he hung up the phone.

I called back thinking it was my wife then a recorded message stating that if I was called it means that Me or someone at my # has been sued I almost peed in my pants no joke people first Im an attorney in this 813 area code...........THIS IS A SCAM PEOPLE DONT ANSWER, DONT CALL BACK PLEASE. Free 200 dollar advise enjoy

just got a v.m. from them.  they were adamant about i.d. ing me & if i was not me then hang up.
also gave me time to find a private location to talk.
sounded fishy so i hung up.

they called me and left a messege. I did call back and they wanted to verify my SS#. and address, which i did not. they said they were representing a c.card in which i owed $7K+ told them that I had NO debt like that. They responded that there going to sue me and they didnt need to send me any info. the girls name was Tracy

Do these idiots REALLY think we are going to conduct any business over the phone with an unknown caller?  Sheesh....
