Didn't recognize number, so I called back with a masked number of my own. When I call, I get the message "We're sorry, you have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service, if you feel you have reached this recording in error please check the number and try your call again". EXCEPT that the recording sounds like a poor RECORDING of a recording, i.e. not from the phone company, more like someone recorded the message onto a tape recorder, then programmed their call center to play that recording if someone calls in without a caller ID.
