Received unsolicited call from this number on my cell phone. Please place me on their do no call list. I prefer to choose how I use my cell phone minutes.
They were trying to sell a CPA education course. I am on the national "Do Not Call list". Return number 813-657-5470. Call received 1421 Hours on May 1, 2008. She said she didn't know about Do Not Call lists. I demanded my $15,000 penalty, and asked to be placed on their company Do Not Call list.

As much as I hate telemarketers, this one is probably legit. CPE Solutions provides continuing education products for CPA's. CPA's have to have so many continuing education hours/year to maintain their license. My wife is a CPA and has used them before (and as a customer, we get calls from them, too). This number doesn't show up on many other services (like whocalled.us, etc), so doesn't have the normal track record of scammy telemarketers. I would guess that a CPA/CPA Firm either used to have your number, or your number was entered incorrectly in their customer database, so they probably do have a reasonable expectation that this number is from someone they have a business relationship with (hence, not a violation of DNC).
