Caller said he was calling from the IRS. Said I was being contacted because of a tax fraud in my name. Said I need to call to avoid being arrested. This was all left as a message on an answering machine.
IRS scam now using a different phone number. Caller claims to be IRS agent, refers to lawsuit and alleged fraud by the taxpayer. Watch out for this one! Claims to be from the Tampa, Florida IRS Center.
