I negotiated for a loan that I never received despite making the requested payments. Would like to know where the scammers are located and how to go about filing charges against them.

I applied online for a loan and received a call back from this number: (813)713-8681.
The person asked for personal information and when I said that I had included all the same information in the online form the insisted that I needed to give them my bank information, i.e.; bank name, checking account number and routing number.
When I said that the information was included in the form I originally filled out online they said they needed it to confirm my identity. I refused to give them the information and I told him that I believed that they were operating a SCAM, the person immediately hung-up.
When I called back I got a recording that said: "The MagicJack Number is unavailable"...
The people at this number: (813)713-8681 are operating a "SCAM"
