its a credit card company scam

Same as all the others. Called with no message. Showed Florida.

Phone call started as a recording then I was going to get transferred to someone. It was regarding mortgage rates.

rang twice and hung up.   they scammed some-ones number  blocked their number

recorded message that said it was from Consumers and asking me to call back asap for lower rates.  I didn't listen anymore, but hung up.   I am on the "do not call list".
