Call reminding for an upcoming doctor's appointment.

Legit.   Automated call from Florida Medical Clinic to remind me of a physical therapy appt.

Then why are you here to say it's legit? We tend to take such things as suspicious because scammers come here and do the same thing. Plus, scammers routinely spoof legit numbers

What don't you always look up a number when you know who called you?  Just to be sure it really was them of course.
