The guy got frustrated when I asked him which credit cards he was going to lower the rate on. He was like all of your credit cards. So I told him that I had several cards, so which company was he working with. He told me to list the companies that I hold a card with and to give him the actual card number with the 3 digit security code on the back. I laughed and told him I don't have credit cards.  He got pissed and hung up on me
