813-737-7783 called 5pm 16 July 2016. CID reads SSI "Good after noon Jane Mendez. Can I speak with ---" No message when they realize they've reached a VM. Whatever SSI is ~ they don't want to leave a message they only want to speak to a live person. That won't be happening.
