It's from www.tropicalsolarenergy.com -- yes, a real company with a real person! I asked if they check the Do Not Call list, the man said "We check every morning."  I noted that my number has been on it for years. He was polite, but it was still an unsolicited call.

Called me that same day, Lipitus. No message.
