Phoned @ 11:00 a.m.  Caller ID said Verizon WC XXXX.  Did not recognize so did not answer.  They left no message.

Received call at about 11 am, didn't leave voicemail.

Same number just called left no message

Says it's card services and they want to lower your rate, but needs to know if your card is a visa/Mastercard and wants your card number.
I asked them what my name was and they couldnt tell me until I gave them my card info. I said no, they have to prove to me they are my card company. So they hung up on me. BE CAREFUL,  sounds like a scam!!!
