These people have been after me for at least 3 years.  It was by phone but I started blocking all  the numbers that they would call from.  Now I am getting emails from supposed Attorney Shawn Marsh.   It reads in very poor English that I owe money from an unpaid payday loan from 2013.  It says that it was for $350 but since I didn't repay I now owe $750.   This person wanted me to pay by money gram to the company name Rush Card which is a prepaid visa card.  I didn't and he now says he's going to file a claim at the Duval county court house and that the FBI will be after me, I will go to jail, owe $10,000, I won't be able to get a job or travel outside the US and my ss# and drivers license will be blocked etc.  It scared me at first because they had all my info including my full ss#.  But when I called the number from the email the man had the same Indian accent as before and besides what business would want their money put on a Rush Card?  Money was supposedly owed to US National Bank and the phone number from the email is 813-774-4010.  The fax number from the email is 206-339-1318.
