Telemarketer called me not sure how they got my cell phone number

Wired call calls and hangs up the you call back and no one answers

Call answered, no one is there for a moment, then an unidentified voice says hello and I hang up

Called from 813-793-6945 for 3 days and no answer.  Call again and did not ask for any name and was trying to sell me a home security system and I said to take my name out of their list, but kept insisting.

Who does this number belong to.
I tried calling back and nobody picked up - No answering, message or voice.
