Called twice looking for a woman; told them this was a business number - and to remove this number immediately. Said they were from Marcus Washington's Office.
I received two phone calls from this number. First I received a message on my answering machine about a Donna Foss and I needed to call back. I ignored because I don't know a Donna Foss. I received another call today and I pushed 0 to get a person to explain that I didn't know a Donna Foss and they had a wrong number. The man on the line informed me that I was an emergency contact number for her and we had lived together as partners. I continued to assert my lack of knowledge of said person and also mentioned he was being quite rude. I then was spoken to like I have never been spoken to before. He told me he did not care what I thought and that he was not a customer representative that had to care what he sounded like or what I thought. Very unprofessional!!!! I called back and asked a lady what the company name was and she stated Legal Processing. I asked what state they were located in and she told me Florida. She said our number was removed. I certainly hope so.
Constantly calls my number. I threaten legal action and the guy laughs and refuses to give business address. My only recommendation to call them every 30 minutes and give them a taste of their own medicine.

Calling my home looking for some woman with the same name for a felony warrant. This dumb [***] Randel needs to realize just because he googled a last name & a city doesn't mean I know this person or that they live at my home.
I told him she does not live here & I do not know her. He says this is the phone number & address he has to reach her. He asked for my address. I told him you just told me you had the address & I couldn't care less what he had listed or what he wanted with this person.
He informed me if I couldn't care less what he wanted I was a very bad person.
OK Randel if I am a very bad person try your little scam with me. Call some person I don't know & tell them you have a felony warrant for me.Just a little hint for you Randel. Tell your Fly by Night company to have the check book ready when you do.
