Who called from 8138500155

Called  then hang up when I answered  I just want people to stop these harassing phone calls.

Second day in a row of receiving calls from this number. I don't answer and they don't leave a message. Another website says the number is registered to Neutral Tandem AKA Inteliquent, a VOIP company. I don't know if that info is accurate or not since they won't leave a message.

Marketing call - do not answer - do not call back - block number

Called but left no message. My rule of thumb is if you can not easily find info on a number, it's probably a scam.
