Recorded MSG asking me to call back regarding a personal account. I have no reason for it And refuse to call them back. This is the second time. First time they were looking for a Daniel . It's cold calling at its best to try and find folks to pay others folks debts!

Blowing up my fax machine each morning at or about 8:00 am.  You'd think they would get the hint.

Same here and when a fax machine answers,  the other party should hear the tone.  Go figure.  If it is a legit debt collector, why not send a letter or a certified letter ?

Message is this:  This is a collection agency trying to collect a debt that my roommate, the late James Raymond Withrow, who died January 2, 2005 in Hamilton, Ohio, may have charged.  Whether he did or not, I do not know.  This company, ADJ Mercantile, is harassing me with telephone calls.  This has got to stop.  If I did charge something, then I would own up to it.  But, they are charging me with a credit card debt that I know NOTHING about.  This, as I said before, has got to stop.

ADJ Mercantile's telephone number is 1-813-889-3993.  They have called me several times within the past week.  The latest telephone call was received today, February 27, 2013 @ 11:49 A.M., E.S.T.
