Leaves no msg calls repeatedly

Got a call from 813-940-5459 at 9:15 A.M. on Apr. 18, 2017.  I am a Senior Citizen and like to sleep later in the morning.  This caller rudely woke me up!  I had just fallen back to sleep after receiving another crazy call at 8:07 A.M.!  Anyway, I did NOT answer and NO message was left.  Caller ID said,  "Unknown Name."

Call three times today, left no message

I get calls from this number frequently and they leave no message and nobody said anything to me when I said hello one time. I am on the do not call list and they said I have to file a complaint on them.

We are a business, a senior community and this number calls several times a day with no message, and no one picks up
