I have received calls on my cell phone several times from this number. Starting two weeks ago, this person has called me a total of 8 times at various times of the day. All times I was unable to answer the call except for the last time he called. However when I answered he didn't say anything, there was just a whole lot of background noise. I know this is a man, because I tried to call back to find out who it was and there was just a voice mail in a man's voice saying "Leave a message." A search on whitepages.com showed that it was an at&t landline phone number.
