Yesterday, it was 813-629-7691 calling my cell.  Today, it is 813-957-8924.  Supposedly, both numbers are out of Tampa, Florida.  Most likely spoofed (both numbers and any consequent numbers after these).  I am 99.5% sure that this is just some low-life scammer who has nothing better to do than harass people.   Hey, but that's okay, I will continue NOT to answer the phone.  Anyone possibly worth speaking with will leave a voicemail.  However, if I don't deem the voicemail worthy, I will not be calling back.  It's very simple.
